This is the first in a series of fascinating educational movies that document the life of arguably the toughest horses in the world. The desert brumby has survived in the dry heart of Australia since the 1870's. Thirty-five generations of breeding have selected a horse that can survive the horrific droughts in the deserts of central Australia and compete with wild camels for the limited feed and water resources needed to survive. Chris and Brian and their team have studied these horses extensively for the past 3 years. This is their story.....
